Here's what you said: "I just figured that if one of the punks is going to
ask someone if they believe in God and after them saying yes shoot them dead
that they didn't believe in God." I don't think that it was an unreasonable
implication.

Nonetheless, I repeat: Produce evidence that the boys were atheists or
satanists or retract the statement. To do otherwise is dishonest.

Your use of the term "Satanist" here is dishonest. Are you claiming that the
boys were adherents of the Church of Satan? If so, what is that evidence?

No. I was only drawing an analogy. You're reading things into what i said.

question on how an atheist could be a satanist, you referred to Anton LeVay.
I'm simply connecting the dots that you are saying that the boys were
followers. It's not my fault if your writing doesn't match what you're
thinking.

But clarify it for us: Are you claiming that the boys were Satanists either
in the common parlance or in the sense of followers of Anton LeVay? If not,
what the hell did you mean?

Do you remember Craig Scott? He was one of the kids in the library. I had
seen many times him being interviewed by the press, including the Today
show on NBC. I don't recall him ever changing a word of the story. It was
simply "one of the gunmen asked a girl, that turned out to be Cassie, if
she believed in God

Alright, now we're getting somewhere. I'll admit I'm wrong, Jason, if you
can produce some evidence. I've searched Yahoo, Altavista, Deja News, CNN,
and I can find no references to Craig Scott giving this testimony. Best I
can find is that he played dead in the library. Perhaps you can provide
some?

My preachers? You're starting to sound like one of "those" preachers now.
One of "those" preachers could easily tell me the same thing. "Those
atheists/skeptics (whatever you want to be called) lie to you about
evolution, about science in general, they lie to you about homosexuality
(which i find hard. I don't know HOW you can lie about the penis+vagina
factor...have humans all of a sudden mutated into unheard of
transformations that defy this? I haven't seen any evidence of that), they
lie to you about the evidence for the existence of Jesus, and they lie to
you about children across the country being harassed in schools for being
atheists. (By the way, it isn't a lie about kids being harrassed in school
for saying prayers. I know this to be true because i've SEEN it happen with
my own eyes when i was in school. I am 20 you know. Hasn't been that long
ago.)

I'm not going to play games with you. I'm simply pointing out that if your
elders tell you that there are no missing links, that the flood really
happened and is scientifically possible, that homosexuality is responsible
for aids, that there are 20000 NT manuscripts, etc. you are being lied to.
As I said, I'm not going to try to convince you. The difference between me
and one of those preachers is that I'll tell you to go explore primary
sources about those subjects to see if I'm right; the preachers will want
you to get your information from him & Christian sources.

This sounds like something one of us so-called "fundies" would say to you,
doesn't it? Does the sentence "You don't believe in God, of course, but one
day you will realized it" ring a bell?

When a fundie says it, it usually goes along the lines of "You don't
believe, but you'll find out when you burn in Hell." I'm not threatening
you, Jason, I'm not promising, I'm just hoping.

Jason:
There isn't any "those preachers". I haven't since the shootings happened
talked to ONE preacher about what happened. I don't know the details about
what happened and i never claimed i did. Do you assume that i did? If you
do, tell me where i claimed i did.

Fine, so you made up all of the lies about the shooters on your own. If you
don't know the details about what happened, then kindly refrain from making
comments about the boys beliefs without any evidence.
