None of the preceding discussion changes the fact that 3 million
people wandering around the Sinai desert for 40 years is a lot of
people, and not realistic. The formation would cover more than 600
acres, almost a square mile.
They would leave lots of garbage, and human waste disposal would be a
big problem. The Sinai has no permanent lakes or streams, just wadis,
so drinking water be a problem for 3 million people. Till's points
still remains, he just mixed up the terms "row" and "column". I had a
similar problem when I was first learning linear algebra, and its no
big deal.

EXACTAMUNDO! The point here is not whether it was rows or columns, but
how could all those people AND their millions of animals, survive in
the Sinai for 40 freakin' years??? Please!!! Not to mention: why
didn't they leave a trace? Nothing has ever been found anywhere in the
Sinai to substantiate this fairy tale. Even the Egyptian records don't
support the exodus of a couple of millsion Hebrews. The whole thing is
so ludicrous it could only be believed by a Fundie.

I think that just before I die I'm going to join
a Catholic monastary and become a monk.
That way, when I go to hell I can be a deep friar.
