This I also tried to address in my post about "An interesting idea for a "Law and
Order" episode". Basically I challenged someone to write a "Law and Order"
episode where a religious cult is accused of grave robbery. The religious cult
claims that the leader was risen from the dead and there are four "eye-witnesses"
who give their testimony. I would bet that all you would have to do really is to
change the names of the participants to something totally different than the participants
of the NT in order for most people not to notice that you are mimicking the NT
story.
It would then be interesting to have a Christian watch this episode, not tell them the
motivation behind the episode, then ask him whether he would believe the members
of this religious cult if he were on the jury.
