He has done the same to some postings that I sent to CCBE.  Of course, if I
should monitor Errancy and refuse to allow some of his postings on the list,
we can imagine what kind of accusations we would hear from him.  Obviously,
Bell doesn't believe in a free market for ideas.  On this list, I ask people
to get back on topic when I think that they have strayed, but if they don't
honor my request, I don't blackball their postings.
