Yes it does.

No, they're not.
Pettiness
2 Samuel 6:6 (NIV)
When they came to the threshing floor of Nacon, Uzzah reached out and
took hold of the ark of God, because the oxen stumbled.
2 Samuel 6:7 (NIV)
The LORD's anger burned against Uzzah because of his irreverent act;
therefore God struck him down and he died there beside the ark of God.
Brutality
II Kings 2:(NIV)
23
>From there Elisha went up to Bethel. As he was walking along the road,
some youths came out of the town and jeered at him. "Go on up, you
baldhead!" they said. "Go on up, you baldhead!"
24
He turned around, looked at them and called down a curse on them in
the name of the LORD. Then two bears came out of the woods and mauled
forty-two of the youths.
Murder
1 Samuel 15:3 (NIV)
Now go, attack the Amalekites and totally destroy everything that
belongs to them. Do not spare them; put to death men and women,
children and infants, cattle and sheep, camels and donkeys.'"
Callousness
Deuteronomy 2 (NIV)
30
But Sihon king of Heshbon refused to let us pass through. For the LORD
your God had MADE HIS SPIRIT STUBBORN his heart obstinate in order to
give him into your hands, as he has now done.
31
The LORD said to me, "See, I have begun to deliver Sihon and his
country over to you. Now begin to conquer and possess his land."
32 When Sihon and all his army came out to meet us in battle at Jahaz,
33
the LORD our God delivered him over to us and we struck him down,
together with his sons and his whole army.
34
At that time we took all his towns and completely destroyed them--men,
women and CHILDREN, WE LEFT NO SURVIVORS.
Now, this last set is interesting. God purposely made the king
stubborn in order to provoke a fight. All the children were murdered.
I can't wait to see you objectively defend these verses.
James, do you have any more logical absurdities about such acts coming
from
a God of "love, justice, widom, and power". Just replace these words
with
"petty, callous, murderous, and brutal"
