Why is it that you cannot get the difference in believability between what
a Josephus might say about what Herod or Augustus did at such and such a
time and an evangelist telling us that Jesus walked on water? Why is it
that although this dramatic difference in kind has been pointed out to you
over and over again you return to saying this kind of nonsense? If Josephus
told us that Herod walked on the water, neither you nor anyone else would
believe it. How is it possible to reason with someone that cannot see the
difference between accepting unremarkable reports about an historical
figure by a known historian and accepting incredible reports from an
anonymous author about a being who he believes is a God? Talk about shaking
ones head in amazement!
