At the risk of sounding like a demented Furby, I find it necessary to
ask the question: You can, of course, provide reliable documentation or
other evidence (which does not ultimately boil down to unverifiable
affirmations of "oral teaching" or "tradition") to support your claims that
"...John (son of Zebedee) did not die a martyr's death", right?
