    Have you been reading one of those new-fangled, non-canonical bibles
again?  John 1:45 reads (in the KJV) as follows:


  [Jn 1:45]  "Philip findeth Nathanael, and saith unto him, We have found him, 
              of whom Moses in the law, and the prophets, did write, Jesus of 
              Nazareth, the son of Joseph."

    I'm curious, just where in this verse is Jesus referred to as being of
"the seed of David"?
