LOL, I could really care less if he comes on the list or not. You have
repeatedly shown that such "challenges" are merely a way to feed your ego -
your attitude shows that you are not mature enough to engage in scholarly
debate. 

If I was Turkel, I would refrain as well, for the sole reason that it's
pretty amusing watching you throw a temper tantrum when you can't win an
argument. Hence, your incessant plea for a change of venue.
