That's ridiculous. Zeno's point was that men *do* pass tortoises.
Therefore, there was something wrong with the notion that time is
infinitely divisible. Of course, Zeno couldn't say what it was since
quantum physics didn't exist in the body of scientific knowledge in his
day.
