CARTER I've probably done a WHOLE lot more research into Mormonism than any of you, and I can attest to the fact that Mormonism is a very intricate system of myths, put on and sustained by the LDS church. Considering it was founded very recently, there is AMPLE evidence to disprove Mormon claims. For this reason, you will find next to zero Mormon apologists. "Relying upon men" (ie. basic archeological, textual, testimonial, legal, scientific, documented, linguistic evidences) is amply shunned. For those interested, I recommend _Mormonism: Shadow or Reality_, by Gerald and Sandra Tanner. A bunch of friends used to invite Mormon missionaries over to witness and challenge them as to their faith, which is why I got involved with the study of. Lastly, there is ample documentation for Joseph Smith's use of a gun during his "martyrdom", which I can provide if you would like. -Jason
