Well, a Christian doesn't totally abandon skepticism or the scientific method.
I have seen many Christians who are skeptical of reincarnation, UFOs, ect.
And the fact that there are Christians in the field of science indicates that one
does not have to totally abandon the scientific method either.
In other words, I am accusing you guys of being no better than Christians
since you are willing to apply skepticism to anything you are predisposed not
to believe in, but you are not willing to apply it to stuff you do believe in.

Ok, lets try the following titles of things I have seen or read:
Rerum Novarum
Quadragesimo Anno
Mater et Magistra
Pacem in Terris
Gaudium et Spes
Populorum Progressio
Octagesimo Adveniens
Evangelii Nuntiandi
Redemptor Hominis
Dives in Misericordia
Laborem Exercens
Sollicitudo Rei Socialis
Centesimus Annus
You can probably find these on the internet, but I bet you are skeptical
of even the existence of these aren't you?
