Here is the place Eusebius declared suppressing the truth to further 
Christianity....

Eusebius elsewhere made the shocking statement that he would (and did) 
suppress all evidence which “could tend to the disgrace of our 
religion.” (Prae Paratio Evangelica, Chap.  31, book 12)
