ACHILLES I have 4.03 I think it will be the same. On 4.03 you can go to Message menu (ALT-M) to forward, there are two options, "forward" (CTRL-L) and "forward quoted" (CTRL-SHIFT-L.) The "forward quoted" command is not on the toolbar, you have to use the message menu or the keyboard shortcut to get it. Or else right click on the message to bring up a speed menu which also has "forward quoted" on it. Hope this helped.
