So you see PK's posting was forwarded to me by another CCBE member who said
that you had forced his termination. Look at next to the last sentence.
Didn't I say that she (PK) didn't actually forward the message to me?
You do try hard to nail me on something, don't you, Matt? Why don't you put
aside your personal vendetta and try to engage in a debate on the issues?
You're like the ancient kings who killed the messengers who brought bad
news, and you have made a complete horse's ass of yourself.
By the way, while you were sending me all of these private messages, you
could have been replying to my responses to the "points" that you claimed I
had evaded.
At any rate, the above cc list was prepared from postings that were
forwarded to me and by other means that I won't divulge to you. As far as I
know, some of them may not be your list now, so the fact that PK is on my cc
list of CCBE members would be no indication that she is still on the list.
