M.BELL At this juncture of event I want it to be plainly noted that this discussion on the Blood, Water and Magicians thread is being carried out on an uneven playing field. Why? The reason is that now CCBE have eventually got some sort of response to one of their posts from F.Till, the responses to it will be put up on the CCBE forum for discussion, until an agreed response is decided upon. As Farrell Till is CCBE posts in advance this of course provides him with the opportunity to prepare rebuttals before CCBE even post their response. As has been noted by a member of CCBE, ========== ========== ========== ========== ========== Paul Simenson: I am unsure of what the uneven playing field would constitute. Actually, I'm uncertain of the sentence structure and the grammar that was used above, so I guess that I should not be surprised that the object of the paragraph above eludes me. If I'm not mistaken (which I probably am, given your penchant for giving ethereal, elusive answers without a thought to coherency) you are saying that because Farrell Till has had messages forwarded to him by individuals on the CCBE e-mail list that he has an unfair advantage? Why is this? His arguments are still sound, you still have failed to post and adequate response to his rebuttals, and the line of reasoning employed by Mr. Till is extremely valid and rational. What matters it if the argument is posted within five minutes of your argument, or a day or two? I take this as further evasion on your part to divert attention from Mr. Till's now 14 part response to your argument. ===================== Matt Bell: 'It is plain from the above: 1 That Farrel Till, or one of his errantists, is able to read the ccbe list. We should take note of this. Either there is a spy in the camp, or else some security loophole in the mail list system. 2. It has also been noted that Farrel's response to previous ccbe postings has been extremely rapid, probably due to the above. Why is he playing silly games now? Are they delaying tactics while he attempts to think of a way out? Is he hoping to divert attention down some side road? Has he been defeated, but is too proud or not man enough to admit to it?' ========== ========== ========== ========== ========== Paul Simenson: Again, until your rebuttal is posted to the points the Mr. Till has addressed, how can you determine that he has employed faulty reasoning, or overlooked some important element that is pertinent to the debate at hand? <Rest of quibbling snipped> Now, I am very new to this list, and more then likely have tired a lot of peopel that have been active on this list with my wet behind the ears postings. I have just one question for you guys, though: I've only been on the list for under a month, and already I'm tired of how the debates by Matt Bell have been handled. How do you people cope? Also, can we go to the cattle now? I want to know how YHVH killed the same cows three times in a row....
