I would make it clear to you that this is but the third of three posts we sent
to the errancy list, and indeed which I have sent to you privately this
morning. I have forwarded to the CCBE list your seven posts which will be
examined and responded to in due course. I look forward to your replies to the
other two unanswered posts that they may also be forwarded to the list.
