CCBE (off topic was: Matt Takes Action)

The posting copied below will show how that Matt Bell is solving the
problem
of leaks on his CCBE list.  He's just going to throw everyone off who
refuses to reply to his questionnaire.   I have deleted the address of the
person who sent this to me.

What I am wondering is what would you guys advise Matt to do
if he wants to avoid stuff from CCBE to be sent to the list?
It seems that whoever is forwarding stuff from CCBE is acting
immorally since one of the rules in CCBE is that no one discuss
what is posted to CCBE.  You might not think that the rule itself
is moral, but I don't think that means that it is right to join a list
knowing what the rules are, and then violate them, and then make
no efforts to curb such actions in the future.

That is all I will say about this off topic thread.
