     I, er, I mean "we" should point out that, since yesterday, when
Till sent this post, there has been NO activity on the CCBE list,
other than posts submitted by Matt.  I'm confused.  If Matt didn't get
ANY input as to how to respond to this post, how is this a "CCBE"
post?  If Matt has taken to doing all his consultations off list, then
there seems to be no reason for the CCBE mailing list to exist in the
first place.

     Be straight with us for once, Matt.  How many people on your list
did you consult before posting this response?  One of thirty?  Zero of
thirty?

     The ACC finds these tactics dishonest in the extreme, and sees no
possible justification for the deception involved.  Further, the ACC
finds this action sufficient cause for us to label Matt a nerfherder
in the truest sense of the word.
