Another tactic of Bell's that you overlooked was his habit of bringing in
hired guns to try to fight his battles for him as he did in the LXX debate
by enlisting the help of a Baptist preacher to argue the case for him and in
the limited flood scenario when he called upon Morton to help him. When his
hired guns are shot down, Bell goes on to something else. Now he has formed
the CCBE to help him, and it too is proving to be a dismal failure.
