     I think Mr. Fitzpatrick simply needs to be pointed to some primer
material.  After reading through (for example) the Barker-Horner
debate (which Till attended), he should have a better idea of what
we're looking for.  The text can be found:

     Oh, and Mr. Fitzpatrick?  After reading this, please feel free to
