Paul Mansbacher has sent the following response to CCBE. Does anyone on
Errancy have any idea at all how we could possibly respond to his logic?

EDWARDS Well, I have to say that I give Matt participation points. He gets in here and mixes it up with us. On the other hand, maybe we should give folks like this discretion (as in, "Discretion is the better part of valor") points - perhaps the reason we don't see them in an uninsulated environment is that they know they're not ready for prime time when it comes to errancy.
