HELEN:
In the US if a person shoots another in the head and destroys their 
brain.  The victim is hooked up to a life support until the doctors 
determine that the poor victim is "brain dead" and then the life 
support is turn off. Who is the murderer, the shooter or the doctor 
that turned off the machines? Under our law the quality that 
determines "human life" is "brain life", so without a brain no human 
life.
