You need to read up on this stuff before you ask questions (to avoid
looking stupid). In addition to the books mentioned, I'd like to
reccommend my favorites ""The Extraordinary story of Life on Earth" and
"The Extraordinary Story of Human Origins" by the Angelo's. This will
answer all of your questions.
