>> I already answered this in a previous response. I don't doubt that
>>many believers of other religions have had experiences of God. Due to
>>the nature of this experience they could easily describe Him as Vishnu,
>>Brahman, Allah, etc. God does not limit His revelation to Christianity
>>and Judaism. In the Book of Acts it is recounted that the pagan Greeks
>>had erected an altar to "The Unknown God". The Scripture verifies that
>>this was in fact the God of the Christians. I simply believe that
>>Christianity possesses the fullest and most complete revelation by God,
>>the Word Himself incarnating and delivering the message Himself. And,
>>yes I have addressed myself to God as perceived by other faiths. I
>>believe it was this sincerity of intention that led me to Christianity,
>>guided by the Holy Spirit.
>> By the way, I would be very interested in the details of Till's loss
>>of faith!

>Ron,
>If I understand you correctly, the christian god is manifested in many other
>religions, but labelled differently due to the nature of their experiences.
>If these rather distinctive revelations are from the same god,
>why does there exist discrimination, hatred, murder, and an on-going
>war-time mentality among the many? (I know you've got a neat answer).
RON 1.The fact that God communicates does not exclude human error. 2.The problem is people (including myself) fail to live up to Christian teaching.
