Re Tod's suggestion about not adding anything not found in the text, that
is already covered by the phrase *- with scriptural citations -*. Our offer
is airtight; that's why nobody claims it.
As for the 4 donors of $1,000 each, is it necessary to go into such
details? Our money is perfectly safe anyway. We could have a hundred donors
of $1,000 each, and still nobody is going to claim it.
My basic feeling is that such offers must be short and to the point. Don't
bother the potential claimant with irrelevant details. If more folks want
to raise the ante, fine; we can simply raise the amount offered each time
we print another batch. If any fundie asks why the amount increases, we'll
tell him/her that nobody has met the requirements of the reward yet, "So
why don't you try? Don't you believe the Word of God?"
