Neil, I don't think you understood entirely what the protocol is. You
needed to type NEIL above the preceding paragraph so that readers would be
able to recognize easily that Ian's comment ended and yours began. We use
this procedure to make it easier for readers to follow who has said what
after postings have been bounced back and forth two or three times.
