GARY:
Still the LORD, YAHWEH, says, Isa 45:21 .....Who
> has
> declared this from ancient time? ....Have not I, the LORD? And there is no
> other God besides Me, A just God and a Savior; There is none besides Me.
> How do these fit together? Is there God that is different than the Savior?

Isaiah 45:21,22 seems to contradict Exodus 18:11, "Now I know that the
LORD is greater
than all gods: for in the thing wherein they dealt proudly he was above
them." Here we have the Bible alluding to the existence of more than one
god. Note that it does not say
"the Lord is the only god" but rather that he "is greater than all gods."
