Let's not forget the fish. (Everyone forgets the fish...sigh.) Ocean water is salt, rainwater is fresh. So all that rain would have made the total water brackish (between salt and fresh), which very few water animals can stand for more than a short time. So Noah also has to have nearly all the fish, as well as the water mammals (can you say "whales"?) ON the ark. April
