Semantics, Logic & philosophy

MCGILL
Always one to keep learning, being on this list has inspired me to learn 
more about Semantics, Logic & Philosophy. Today I purchased two books, 
_Science And Sanity_ 3rd Edition by Alfred Korzybsky who was director of 
the Institute Of General Semantics, and Practical Logic by Monroe C. 
Beardsley who was Assistant Professor of philosophy Swartmore College. I 
am thinking of also getting the Encyclopedia of Philosophy. Any comments 
about these books are welcome.
