You are a truly ignorant LIAR.

DICK
You demonstrate you know nothing about Catholicism,
the New Testament, the "teachings" of Paul, or the
so-called Jerusalem Church. The law is still in effect
and will be for all eternity, circumcision is still a
necessity and will be for all eternity, etc. You commit
the fallacy of strawman making up imaginary positions
that don't exist in reality. Just how long and how
deeply have you studied Catholicism?
BRIDEAN
What exactly is circumcision necessary for?
DICK
The Holy Catholic Church selected the books to make up
the Bible. Not every truth was written down in the books
they selected.
BRIDEAN
Like the truth that Jesus was not God?
DICK
What the hell does this non sequitur have to with anything?
I certainly don't think anything about Saadia or the Ebonites
both of whom are nonexistents. Can you point to them? No.
They don't exist. You have much trouble in dealing with reality,
which is what we have here and now. The past does not exist and
is unreal.
BRIDEAN
In that case, you have no evidence that Jesus even existed,
let alone founding a Catholic church.
DICK
There have been sinners from the first day Pope St. Peter
took command of the church. The existence or nonexistence
of the Ebonites or the Lutherites or the Calvinites does
not affect or change in any way, shape, form or fashion
anything about the one true church, the only church, from
the day Jesus spoke to Pope St. Peter, to the church today
headed by the present Pope.
BRIDEAN
Can you point to me somewhere in reality where Jesus says this
to Peter? All you can show me is that it was written in some book
called Matthew. But what did you say earlier about anything that
is written?
DICK
I could write you pages on Sa'adia whose name and time you
got wrong. He's better known as Sa'id Ibn Yusuf Al-Falyyumi.
Have you read his works in the original Arabic? He was also
a nut of the first magnitude who bounced from sect to sect.
BRIDEAN
How do you know this? Did you read this in some book?
DICK
Strawman. But I'll answer your silly question: Jesus is
the Son of God is one uniquely Catholic dogma. The true
start of the Catholic church was Jesus speaking to Peter.
All the books of the New Testament were written by
Catholics, St. Peter, St. Paul, St. John, etc. The only
Christians who ever lived on this planet were Catholics.
The term Catholic and Christian are the same word.
BRIDEAN
Then who wrote the Gospel of Thomas?
