No, this is NOT what Genesis says, but this is what
Hubble proved mathematically.

Genesis Chapter 1:5 says:"...And the evening and the morning were the 
first day". Verse 8 says:"...And the evening and the morning were the 
second day". Verse 13 says:"And the evening and the morning were the 
third day:". Verse 14 says:"And God said, Let there be lights in the 
firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be 
for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:". Verse 19 says:"And 
the evening and the morning were the fourth day".

My question is how can you have evening and morning on the first, second, 
and third day when the solar system and stars weren't created until the 
4th day? Also on the first day the earth was non existent, Verse 2"And 
the earth was without form, and VOID;.." The earth wasn't created untill 
the third day, Verse 9 & 10"...let the dry land appear: and it was so. 
And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the 
waters called he Seas:..".

In order to have evening and morning you need the earth and the Solar 
system, stars and planets, they weren't created till the 4th day. Evening 
and morning is created as the Earth turns on it's axis around the Sun 
(star).

Genesis 2:1,2 says"Thus THE HEAVENS AND THE EARTH WERE FINISHED, and all 
the host of them. And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had 
made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had 
made."

According to Genesis on the 4th day God created the stars, and yet 
astronomers are discovering new stars being created.

On page 82 of CONCISE BOOK OF ASTRONOMY it says"The beautiful Orion 
nebula is a birthplace of the stars. In 1978 an ENTIRELY NEW STAR BEGAN 
to switch on in Orion, thus PROVING that it really is a cosmic nursery."

 On page 81 of the CONCISE BOOK OF ASTRONOMY by Mitton it says"An 
EXCITING DISCOVERY about the gas CLOUDS (NEBULAE) of space is that NEW 
STARS are BEING MADE inside them ALL THE TIME. Astronomers have actually 
seen new stars turn on INSIDE THE ORION NEBULA.
