That's why I like Till's debating style. He almost never uses profanity in
his debates (at least not most of the time). Most atheists I see on
newsgroups immediately respond using profanity (i.e F*** Jesus etc.) Such
"debates" are never constructive, because Christians simply leave. Such
debate are not effective if the atheist's purpose was to convince his
Christian opponent (or Christian lurkers). I am sure whenever profanity (or
names such as "yahoo") is used on the list, many Christian lurkers simply
unsubscribe.
