Yes, this is one of my all time favorite.  I brought this up in one of our early discussions.  He has not really responded to it yet.  

This was the subject of an earlier post of mine (Depth of study.)  He really can't argue from reason, but yet can't tell me how to interpret the book either.

I have pointed this out to him a number of times.  Seems the Christians REALLY hate it when you question their depth of understanding of their own book.  Especially if you are right!
