So do they recognize that no argument based on "mere" prophecy will provide the ironclad case that they claim it does? Besides, don't fault me for bringing in mathematics, I'm sure it's not just McDowell who argues that since their are X prophecies about Jesus, that the odds are 1 in 10 to the Y that Jesus fulfilled them by chance ... Just what is it that these Christians believe the prophecy proves? That's really what I'm trying to get at.
