Helen has already documented pretty thoroughly that Paul lied like a rug
when it comes to his credentials.  Aside from that, Acts is about the
poorest source for history that the NT contains.  

One must also distinguish between Judea and Galilee; they weren't under the
same government at all.

surprise to anyone.
