HELEN:
In most cases even with material avaliable on the web, I do post quotes, but
since the issues that were raise, "Jesus as myth" and "the Talmud on Jesus"
run all the way through the essay, even long quotes would not do it justice.
Since this essay is avaliable on the web, I am not refering as D. Conklin to
books that might easily take considerable time and money to track down. I
will try to reply to you as quickly as possible but I do have a life away
from my computer and the list is very busy now.
