Really didn't want to join the fray especially as you make claims you
can't/won't support, but... I have two sisters both of whom are Catholic
and both of whom are now in their second marriage. Both were married
the second time in the Catholic church by a Catholic priest. Their first
marriages were annulled. This is divorce.

On a side note, I am very happy for both of them. They happened to have
some bad luck with their first husbands when they were young, now things
are working out better.

Back to the topic... what do you make of this? Has the Church forsaken
the gospel? Has the RC church gone against the commandments of
Jesus?

RON
I already answered this one. There are too many annulments. Annulments
are based on the assumption that there was no valid marriage in the
first place. If the participants lied about it then there would not be a
proper annulment. If the tribunal was not following Catholic principles
then they are responsible for their actions before God.
