April Don't avoid the issue! It doesn't matter whether the percentage of priests who sexually molest kids is 1 or 50 - the POINT is that being Catholic does NOT prevent people from engaging in sexual behavior that you (and most people with regards to pedophillia) find immoral! Answer the issue, Ron - if people are atheists primarily to avoid sexual restrictions, and if being religious (Catholic) keeps people on the sexual "straight and narrow" then why are there ANY pedophillic priests, let alone as many as there are? And why aren't we seeing large numbers of atheists being convicted for pedophillia?
