ACHILLES I can follow you here, to a point. But this fails completely to explain why so many people who practice "spiritual consciousness" "through prayer, meditation, and contemplation" come to so many diverse and incompatible conclusions. While I think there is a universal core of understanding that comes from these techniques, it is clearly not a theological one. Catholic, Buddhists, and Tantric monastics do have a few points of agreement, and I think that is important, but it certainly does not support your biblical theology because that is not among the agreements.
