Parthenogenesis (did I pass your test? <G>) probably does happen in mammals, and even humans. It's occurrence, of course is exceedingly rare (no idea of rate, of course) and thus has never been documented. But it almost certainly has happened. However, as Jason says, the progeny would, of course, be female. Rules out the baby jesus. April
