This is just my wayward guess, but I would be willing to say that most
Christians are probably "Amillennalist." Catholics, Lutherans,
Conservative Presbyterians, Conservative Episcopalians, make up a big
portion of the American Eschatological Camp. Next on my guess list would
be "Pre-Mill, Pre-Trib -- Mid-Trib. -- Post Trib." Lastly,
"Post-Millennialism." Post-millennialism has been gaining some headway
over the last couple of decades. Mostly to do Gary North, Rushdooney,
Bahnsen, and any other group that has it's head buried in "theonomics."
