"By the way - I CANNOT demonstrate that my God exists." --
Dave C. 3/31
Gee, sounds like Dave is taking a stand on something he is
ignorant about (as per usual).
Also, Dave's stand on his virgin birth myth:
"My belief in Christ being born to a virgin is, again, absolutely
"unprovable" by me - it is a belief based on faith...." --Dave C.
2/28
"Do I believe it happened? Yes. Absolutely. Can I
explain it or understand how it happened? No." --Dave C. 3/10
Yep, seems Dave certainly IS "foolish enough to take stands
on things [he is] ignorant about...".
How could be religious and do otherwise?!
(DAVE 6/8) Darrel: Being ignorant about something and not being able to
prove something are not one and the same, Darrel - as usual, you warp the
context of people's words and try to make an argument out of it. Please try
again to prove your point - your only point here is that I cannot prove
something (which I admitted) - please show where I am ignorant about these
things and, as a result, have been "foolish enough" to support them.
After you do that, maybe you will tell me why I shouldn't consider you
"foolish" to say that the God that I believe in does not exist when you have
no way of proving it.
DAVE continues:
Sorry if I've disappointed you, but I got from this thread what I
was looking for: my thanks to you, Yoel, Ralph and Farrell (as
usual, Darrel provided nothing constructive, just his usual fluff).

More incompetence and inaccuracy from Dave. I have not
responded to or addressed this "day" thread at all. Dave could
support his assertion and prove me wrong by providing an
example of this so called "fluff" where I have addressed this
issue. He cannot do this because I have not.
(DAVE 6/8) Darrel: Agreed. I detract that comment. I just checked and
mixed up some of your other fluff with this thread (you see, they're all
interchangeable as you seldom actually add any constructive comments - just
silly cheap shots). Actually, Darrel, your silence on this thread allowed
it to be semi-interesting and constructive - thanks for keeping your mouth shut.
Darrel
But I certainly have, over the years, posted hundreds of
examples of Bible error that Dave has never be able to deal with.
This gives me great satisfaction.
(DAVE 6/8) Darrel: Glad to see you are satisfied so easily.
Darrel
Just realize for a moment the profound irony of DAVE
referring to someone else's posts as containing "fluff"!
How funny.
Oh look, here comes one of those many instances of Bible error that
Dave has never been able to deal with.
Bible error #2486B, section eighteen:
David always did what was right except for the matter
concerning Uriah.
"David did that which was right in the eyes of the LORD, and
turned not aside from any thing that he commanded him
all the days of his life save only in the matter of Uriah the
Hittite." 1 Kings 15:5
VERSUS
David also sinned in numbering Israel.
"And David's heart smote him that he had numbered the
people. And David said unto the LORD, I have sinned
greatly in that I have done." 2 Sam. 24:10
(Do remember that this sin was so bad that God killed seventy
thousand OTHER PEOPLE as punishment. 2 Sam. 24:15)
(DAVE 6/9) Darrel: Not interested - thanks though.
Regards.
Dave.

along...Do not seek to be something. Let me be nothing, and Christ be all
in all."
