IAN
Since you sent it to the challange group, I might as well send it to the
errancy group. If you had used a little intelligence you could have
saved it in your private e-mail and put it on the challange list after
the negotiations were concluded. I'm sure you did not ask Farrill if you
could publish it as I requested.

Subject: Debate rules
Dear Jerry and Farrill,
While both of you seem to have come to a conclusion on setting up the
debate, it seems that you, Jerry have given yourself the short end of
the stick by allowing the negotiations to be published on the errancy
list.
I would like to suggest a compromize which I feel would be fair to each
of you.
Why not conduct the negotiations on private e-mail which would negate
any interferance by anyone on either chat list. Once the
negotiations are concluded, then Farrill or Jerry could publish all the
negotiations if they see fit.
Jerry can if he wishes sent each e-mail correspondance to Farrell if he
so wishes but I feel this would be a waste of time and money on his
part. The final e-mail agreement could then be sent via certified mail
for signature.
This e-mail is private and will not be mentioned by me to anyone. If
both of you agree you want to mention this to anyone else, that is fine
with me but I would appreciate it if BOTH of you agreed.
Best wishes to both of you.
Ian
Ian,
I am now off the list so I don't have access to it. However, I
offered to do something like this with Farrell and he refused. He
wanted everyone on the list to see the negotiations as they went
along so he can now have his way about the matter. I am sorry it has
worked out this way, but that's the way it is. Hope to see you at
the debate.
This correspondence will be kept private as far as my part in it is
concerned. I sent it to my Challenge adress because that is where my
folder on the debate is.
In Christ's service,
Jerry D. McDonald
