I really would like to know why Jerry has it as a requirement that
he uses Certified Mail (Registered mail e.g. you sign for it ?)
I understand that he will not debate unless this is used. I just
don't see why. I do see how Farrell views this as a slur on his
integrity, though. (as well as being a pointless requirement)
