Long-timers on the list will recall that I also offered to make this same
concession to the presups for the sake of argument. They ignored it and
kept flooding the list with their rehashings of points that had been
answered and answered and answered. Try to focus on how Aubrey Matthews
keeps stating and restating and restating his abstractions long after they
have been answered several times, and this will give you an idea of how the
presups performed when they tried--and succeeded--in making their jargon
and... well, presuppositions, the focal point of the list. They never
accepted our concession in order to turn the discussion back to inerrancy
issues. I trust that Walt will act a little more responsibly. He has our
concession (for the sake of argument), so now let's get on to inerrancy matters.
