Dave, don't you remember my satirical response to your posting in which I
asked the skeptics on the list if they would also like to form a mutual
admiration society? It would work like what we were seeing from the
Christians: no matter what a skeptic posted, the others would send glowing
congratulations to the list.

I remember. It was not Dave Court but Matthew Burdette that was
involved in that exchange. It happens that I still have on file
one of those messages too.
Although Dave and I had some exchanges by private email, I have
no distinct memory of him addressing me on the list for the better
or for the worse. To be sure, he never hinted that I was tearing up
the opposition.
Dave is right; you were mistaken. <G>
As for the on-list encouragement Matthew gave me, it was more
conservative than what you suggested, I believe.

If you say so, Luke, I will just admit that I was probably wrong. I say
"probably wrong," because you guys are so obsessed with finding that I made
an incorrect statement I wouldn't doubt at all that you would falsify
information, especially since you know that I have erased all of Dave's
earlier postings. Why would I accuse you of this? Well, I have seen
deliberate misrepresentation from Xians too many times to be naive enough to
think that you and Dave (as obsessed as you are) would not do the same. If
this is a false accusation, I apologize, but before I would admit that it is
absolutely and positively true that Dave never complimented you for the
force of your arguments, I would have to see copies of everything he has
ever posted on this list. After all, I am a skeptic.
