And what, exactly, does that mean? What is a "metaphysical"
transubstantiation? And how does something change "metaphysically" while
also having its substance altered? Sounds suspiciously Platonic.
You see, I could probably understand what you would mean by a "literal"
transubstantiation. I would also probably understand what you would mean by
a "metaphorical" transubstantiation.
But I haven't a clue as to what you are trying to communicate with a
"metaphysical" transubstantiation.
