I'm not too sure what Harvey is trying to achieve
either.  Assist some in their damnation perhaps?
He seems to think folks are doing fine on their
own however.  If I was looking at things from his
perspective it would appear to me that he was
adding a cup of cold water to the river to help
the raft of people go over the water fall.  Maybe
he just thought someone on the raft was thirsty
though? :)
