About the same thing I think of Jewish heroin addicts, prostitutes and
Mormons. They have made a big mistake.

No. I served in the Israeli army during the Lebanese war, and I never heard
of this. I never heard someone say "Aw shucks, why isn't God helping us in
this one the way He did in the 6 day war?"
